Dr. Patrick Newman is the Murray N. Rothbard Research Fellow at the Mises Institute and an assistant teaching professor of economics at the University of Tampa. His research interests include macroeconomics, monetary policy, economic history, and cronyism. He is the author of Cronyism: Rise of the Corporatist State, 1849-1929.
